RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Your battery is under manufacturer's warranty and will ship via FedEx with insurance. All sales should be considered final. Due to the nature of batteries and electronics refunds will not be issued, however returns for exchange will be accepted in some circumstances. When your battery arrives, carefully open the protective carton/wooden box when batteries received. Be sure to perform a thorough visual check of the batteries for any scratches or impact during shipping. If any damage appears please document it with dated photos and contact both Specialized Power Systems by email and FedEx Claims to start the claims process. We are committed to offering you full support in every step of your battery purchase and will assist in any way possible with any exchange or claims filing.
